Working with definitions of the Team Mentor Guidance types and their schema I suddenly thought – Why can’t Team Mentor be more of a social application. Not to the extent that it would crowd source the content, but to the extent where it would help people find relevant content. For example:
A thumbs up and not thumbs down button on each guidance. Then other users can see if their collegues found the content useful.
“Users who looked at this article also looked at”…. links. This would help find related content based on what other user found relevant.
A feedback feature. Where a user can send the Team Mentor team their particular feedback on the content.
These are just some of the simple social features. There are many many more ways to take this platform further.
